May, a San Diego native, has over 20 years of professional experience in both high-end residential as well as hip boutique hospitality projects. May brings her expertise, eye for detail, creative drive, and vast knowledge to the table. Her original designs attract clients who are looking for something uniquely special, a “wow-factor” of sorts, created specifically for them.
Christie believes that the best designs are never recycled or copy/pasted from one project to the next, but always created fresh - inspired by the architecture, location and the clientele themselves. Her portfolio is robust and each project tells a different story displaying that her talents run deep.
Rockwell Interiors is a full-service design firm specializing in ground-up new builds, full-scale renovations, and comprehensive furnishing and decor services. Principal Interior Designer and Creative Director, Christie May, started Rockwell Interiors with immense passion and intent to design unique and memorable spaces that stand apart and last. She was born a creative artist with a natural ability to design spaces that are both equally functional as they are beautiful. She received her BA in Interior Design from San Diego State University and has over 20 years of industry experience.
Published in many magazines and awarded for design excellence, she leads all projects with strong creativity + passion, excellent client relations and a solution-minded approach. With her experience, love for interiors + architecture, and support from her talented team, Rockwell Interiors takes on large-scale projects and seamlessly executes them in a professional manner, from start to finish. She prides their work as being highly creative, unique one-of-a-kind spaces. Her taste is clean and modern, sophisticated but fun and always unique. She finds inspiration in all things created by Mother Nature, exploring through Europe and exotic destinations, and the works of talented design greats both past and present.

DESIGNER + PURCHASING Agent
Designer and Purchasing Agent, Brett Berger, is a highly driven and skilled designer who supports our principal in all facets of the project. She excels at creating beautiful 3-D models and renderings as well as technical CAD drafting. She also oversees all the purchasing and procurement with her keen attention to detail and organization, ensuring all is facilitated accurately.

Interior Architectural Designer
Interior Architect, Sofia Morales, holds a degree in Architecture from Mexico City, where she honed her skills working with a highly regarded architectural design firm on projects showcased around the world. She is a talented designer with excellent technical skills and is involved on nearly all of Rockwell’s projects.

Bookkeeper
Bookkeeper, Robin Kelley, is an experienced recorder specializing in the field of Interior Design. She handles the accounting and provides procurement support to our purchasing agent. In addition, she manages the business administrative duties and provides support to the principal with other business needs.
